Presented by: Amy Rudersdorf (Senior Consultant, AVP)

Performing self-assessments against standards such as the Digital Preservation Capability Maturity Model (DPCMM), NDSA Levels of Digital Preservation, or ISO 16363 can be a daunting task. AVP, a consulting and software development company, regularly performs assessments of this nature for organizations of all sizes, and can speak to these challenges from a first-person perspective with real-life examples. Amy Rudersdorf, Senior Consultant with AVP, will provide her insights into how organizations can plan for and execute their own internal self-assessments using tools like those noted above, who in an organization should be involved, time and budget management, and best approaches for analysis, scoring, and reporting.

Audience(s): Archivist Practitioners, Archivist Managers, and Records Analysts/Managers

No technical expertise is required.
